WHEN DO I GET A NEW PROGRAM?

I write programs in four-week blocks so, you get a new program every four weeks.

However, some people like to go through the same workout for up to six weeks before moving on. I'm good with either!

Please give me one week notice to write your next program. For instance, if you are finishing up week 3 and everything is going well, please send me an e-mail at the end of week 3 so I have time to during your 4th week to get you a new program.

HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK CAN I TRAIN?

Most of the programs I write initially have two workouts: Day 1 and Day 2.

That doesn't mean you can only train twice per week, though! 

With this style of workout, you can train as little as two days per week, or as many as four days per week. It really depends on how much time you have to available to train, and how quickly you want to achieve your goals.

If you're not following the powerlifting program, a full day of rest between sessions is recommended.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CONTACT CURTIS?

It is best if you post updates once per week.

During the first month we may need to touch base more to make sure everything is going smoothly but, once we get a nice rhythm going a weekly check in with updated videos and any questions, comments or concerns seems to work best for everyone.
